JiiaCat is a home inventory management application that helps you organize, track, and manage your belongings through object tracking, location mapping, photo documentation, and alert management.

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU) to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these age requirements. If you are under 18, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of France.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
